Realign 2026 : New Year, New Beginning

A 4-Week Mind, Body & Spirit Reset

Step into the new year feeling grounded, strong, and reconnected. Realign 2026 is a 4-week online series designed to help you recalibrate your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your spirit ... all within a supportive, empowering community.

 

Join Certified Movement Educator Jenny Jackson for a mindful blend of strength, mobility, and restorative practices that honour both movement and stillness. Together, you’ll establish new habits, build strength, and nurture recovery through guided, intentional classes that meet you where you are.

 

Program Details:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 7 AM (Zoom – recordings provided)

60 minutes per class, for 4 weeks (12 total sessions)

Structure:

  • Mondays: Full Body Strength

    • ​Build a foundation of strength and confidence through functional resistance training using dumbbells that supports building strength and muscle with “big girl exercises“. Expect thoughtful sequencing, education on form, and a focus on empowerment through capability.

  • Wednesdays: Functionally Fit

    • ​Move dynamically and mindfully through mobility work, stability drills, and conditioning sequences designed to enhance balance, coordination, and endurance. This class uses lighter weights and focusses on the mind/ body connection to bridge strength with flow, leaving you energized and grounded.

  • Fridays: Mindful Flow & Recover

    • ​A yoga and Pilates-inspired practice that emphasizes breath, gentle mobility, core strength and nervous system recovery. Unwind tension, integrate your week’s work, and reconnect to inner calm and clarity.

  • Open to all ages and levels — modifications always offered

 

Investment:

  • $100 (includes class recordings)
