-You do not need to be a 'yoga pro' (tip: there really is no such thing as we are all simply on the path).

-Your body does not need to be in high-level physical condition. Yoga is for EVERY body.

-You do not need to be a certain age, gender, aesthetic or background. ALL are welcome.

-You do not need to have years and years of practice; sometimes the less we 'know', the easier it is to learn.

The best part about my trainings is that I teach you how to be a SAFE, EFFECTIVE, INSPIRED and AUTHENTIC teacher. This is not a cookie-cutter approach to learning. The program teaches solid fundamentals to support you to become a high level leader BUT you will always be encouraged to let your light shine and to essentially foster within you the kind of teacher that YOU aspire to be.

You will come away with an understanding of classical HATHA & VINYASA that are founded on methodologies that support slow, mindful delivery approaches and practices so that you may apply your own learnings with discernment and quality.

Graduates of this program are supported to learn how to design, implement and guide yoga classes that resonate with their beliefs, abilities and personalities rather than asking them to fit in a mold. You will come away with enough tools and knowledge, as well as the confidence, to stand as a yoga teacher sharing ancient wisdoms, functional anatomical knowledge and your own authentic self in order for you to ultimately teach the kinds of classes YOU believe in, and attract the kinds of students that you wish.
