Chill & Still Yoga 

A 6-Week Gentle Somatic Yoga & Mindfulness Series

Slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body and breath. Chill & Still Yoga offers peaceful evening practices designed to calm your nervous system and invite deep rest. Through gentle somatic movement and mindfulness, you’ll release tension, restore balance, and nurture your inner stillness.

This 6-week online series is perfect for all levels, offering simple, mindful practices to help you gently move, stretch, and unwind.

Each 60-minute class is recorded and delivered straight to your inbox, so you can revisit the practice anytime you need a moment of calm.

Program Details:

  • Mondays 8–9 PM (starting January 12 — no class on Family Day) | Online via Zoom

  • 60 minutes per class, for 6 weeks

  • Open to all ages and levels. Modifications always offered
